Lethargic Hen

I have six hens that I purchased about 6 weeks ago. All were doing fine but yesterday one of them was acting off. She is usually the leader of the pack but I found her in the coop by herself. She is very lethargic and only sits in one place. She will eat if food is placed in front of her. Same with drinking water. Any advice??

It's usually one of three things or a combination: Eggbound, external parasites, internal parasites.

Can you give a few details such as how old she is, how does her crop feel in the morning before she eats, and what do her poops look like? Has she laid any eggs recently? Pictures are welcome.
