Lethargic hen

My one girl isn't doing well. She's been this way a couple of days. I recently noticed she's passing, what can only be described as, scrambled eggs. Can someone please help? Thank you.

Sounds like she has a bad infection.
Is a vet visit an option?

One way to try and prevent these type of illnesses is to limit treats and feed a well-balanced diet.
If you read the links above you'll notice it is mentioned quite often that overweightness can cause these type of illnesses.

Our rooster had an infection last summer. There's something for a fish tank ( believe it or not ). Has bay leaf extract in it. We gave him some, he was as good as new the very next day. It wouldn't hurt to give it to her, even if it's not an infection. She did drink the electrolyte mix I gave them.
