How old is she? Does she lay eggs? Have you seen any soft shelled or shell-less eggs in the coop? How does her crop feel? Is her crop emptying overnight? Is her tail position up or down? She might be having a reproductive disorder, and those can include trouble laying a an egg, salpingitis, and egg yolk peritonitis. Poop pictures can sometimes be helpful.

3 yrs old. Stopped laying. Crop feels empty. Lower belly between legs feels hard. Seems today to ha e many small watery poops. Not much to show. Will try to get a picture

If it has been awhile since she stopped laying, I would stop the calcium. It helps when they are egg bound or having shell problems, but it can be harmful if they do not lay anymore. It does sound like she may have salpingitis or another issue. Feel of her lower abdomen between the legs for any enlargement or fluid in the belly. Cancer is another common reproductive issue over 3 years. Sometimes the crop may not empty well when they have these problems, so it is good to check the crop in early morning to make sure it is emptying normally. If hers is empty always, then she needs to be encouraged to eat. Wet chicken feed, scrambled egg, tuna, or canned cat food are some things to tempt her.

I have given her wet food that she does nibble.

I would try to keep her comfortable and eating/drinking. There may not be a whole lot that you can do for her. An antibiotic such as Aqua Mox amoxicillin might help to extend her life, but she seems to be pretty I’ll. Does she have any trouble breathing? If she has fluid in her belly, you could try to drain the fluid occasionally. But it won’t cure the problem. If she ever seems to be suffering, I would consider putting her down.
