Lethargic Hen

Hi! My polish chicken today is lethargic. I noticed her acting different over the past week and started giving her vitamins and vitamin E. No swollen crop. She is vaccinated. I just tried an epsom salt bath and no improvement. I’m a first time chicken owner so any advice would be appreciated.

That's pretty severe lethargy.
If she was young and otherwise healthy until recently and she passes, you should have a necroscopy done to determine if it's something contagious.
Are any of the others acting off?

No all others are acting normal
