Lethargic Hen

My one year old Hen is very lethargic. She is very tired, appears to be sleeping standing up. She is staying away from her 5 coop mates (same flock), not wanting to eat or drink. She is holding her tail end down.......Could she have an egg stuck? She looks really uncomfortable.

Thanks for any info on this. This has happened before and Yogurt seemed to help. I have six Hens. Any thoughts????

Does she walk like a penguin? Pick her up and feel her abdomen area - do you feel anything?
