Lethargic hen

I don't know much about worms, but I do know the heat makes them drink alot. And when they uninate it is alot. I would try electrolytes. Pedialyte or the honey and salt solution.

If it were me doing this, I would get a syringe a 1cc or preferably a 3cc and pull the liquid up into the syringe and open her beak or just drip it on the end of her beak and she will open her beak hopefully and drink some in. If you have a 1cc syringe you can open her beak and put into her mouth. The 1cc of liquid is not very much at all, and she should be able to tolerate it.

She is a colombian rock x. not heavily feathered. Not sure where my mom put the wormer but it came in a syringe and could also be used on horses. I understand that probably doesn't narrow it down. Her poop looks like the watery type from your link although she is cool and eating and has been since this morning.
