lethargic hen

I have a hen that is acting funny for a few days. I don't think it's egg bound, which I lost a couple too that had a waddle and a low butt. This hen doesn't want to come out of the coop to free range, falls asleep all the time, let's me touch her and on a normal day she wouldn't let me get close. She seems to be walking slow and looks like she's "zoning" out then goes to sleep. Any suggestions on what might be wrong with her or have had the same issue???

Is she laying eggs? The symptoms you describe of the other hens and this one could also be signs of internal laying. Have you wormed your hens lately? What are they eating? Is there any diarrhea or blood in the droppings that might be a symptom of coccidiosis?
