1) What type of bird , age and weight.
Delaware female, 1 week old?
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
lethargic, all other babies are a little scared still (got them on Friday), this was friendly but now sleepy when picked up while the others are more energetic
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
last 12 hours maybe?
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
no
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
not any noticeable
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
n/a
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
drank some water when prompted
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
getting stuck to the tail area, maybe a little runny??
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
none, just holding her for a few minutes, gave her a drink of water
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

If the runny poop is blocking the vent, that would explain the lethargy. Be sure to wash that off and dab some olive oil or vaseline or something oround the vent and feathers to prevent the poop from continuing to stick.

What sort of bedding are they on?
