Lethargic, not eating much but drinking a lot, squirted poop that was mostly clear with some green mush

No need to apologize. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply and help. Thank you! She was 2.9 lbs on Sunday. I do have a food scale. I can weigh her first thing in the morning. Are you just seeing if shes losing weight or just holding it?
want to know weight then and now to understand how much weight she is losing, and to figure out how many mg/kg of the medication she is getting.

That's not bad. Is your vet available by phone? Can you call them and ask what they think about tubing some fluids?
Definitely. I'll give him a call at lunch. She ate a little bit of pellets wetted with watery apple cider vinegar and a few bites of coconut oil pellets this morning. Going to see how shes acting in a bit. She wasn't at the bottom of the coop this morning so a little bit of progress.

She's eating and drinking a little more and slightly more active!

Unfortunately her crop is not emptying and it's even harder this morning. Still peach PIT sized. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do now? I tried coconut oil earlier in the week and it didnt work. Was reading that papaya can help break down the hardness. Thinking about doing that with coconut oil and crop massages? Maybe even a molasses flush? Yogurt? I'm wondering if it is indeed from the antibiotic like @aart was thinking. I know with humans sometimes we need the good bacteria to offset antibiotics killing all the bacteria.

Additionally, is the gizzard normally hard? I tried feeling around my other chickens but I couldn't find it to compare.. maybe her crop and gizzard are impacted?
