Lethargic, not eating only drinking

Update: well I just noticed about a day ago that even though the second hen hasn't been eating her crop is full and round, I removed all food and it still hasn't come down. I have been flushing with oil and water and massaging the crop but the only change is that now she pooped a little bit of black instead of bright green. I guess it could be an impacted crop. I'm new to this never having had this happen before. My vet is away at a conference for a few days, aside from that I can't afford the $350 surgery for the hen. Any ideas?
