Lethargic & pale combs

I have lost two hens within the past two weeks. Both have displayed symptoms of lethargic behavior and their combs have become very pale. Then they die after a few days. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this as well as the treatment since I have 28 more hens plus my rooster.

Based on your location, it could be from the extreme heat. Heat exhaustion is a serious condition. Providing electrolytes, frozen water bottles/treats helps.
