lethargic pullet with lump on left front breast

In the Brooder
Hi all, we had a chicken die last week after we took her to the vet for a swollen eye/sinus infection--she had a weird lump on her side, too, and gradually her body just shut down despite medication--about 2 weeks after we found the swollen eye.

Two days later, one of our other chickens started slowing down and acting lethargic, and she has was looks like lump on her left breast for the past 3 days. A friend said it sounded like an impacted crop, and when I feel the lump, it's hard, however isn't the crop on the right? She isn't limping, but she'll fall asleep anywhere, standing up or laying down. Any ideas? She just looks uncomfortable.

Thanks for any help

Does it feel hard like bone on top of the skin? Can you part the feathers and look for anything like a sore, tumor, or a feather cyst? Pictures can help if you find something like that.

So I couldn't get a picture, because I couldn't hold the feathers open and snap it at the same time - but it doesn't even look like anything. Just like skin and bone. No sore, no missing feathers, her skin doesn't look weird. But she didn't make it out of the coop this morning, she's just standing in there, dozing.

Can you locate her crop on her right upper chest? I have heard of the occasional crop being on the wrong side. An impacted crop would be treatable. Is her neck moving normally, with no twisted neck? Can you get her drinking some water with electrolytes?
