lethargic, skinny hen.

my hen, which i bought at adult age about a year ago, has not been moving, and is reluctant to get out of the coop. the goose had escaped their area and went to the chickens, i caught one of the goose pecking and eating her tail feathers, she still has a good amount but not many. she didnt move or run, she just let it do its thing. her comb is a very purple colour yet her crop is normal. she had recently started eating less and less. she is still drinking water however. the lethargy only came today, she was doing very well yesterday. now she has completely stopped eating, not bothering to eat her feed nor treats.

i am very worried about her. is there anything i can do? what happened?

Is it possible she's just broody? Or does it seem more severe than that?

definitely not broody, this is the second time this has happened. last time i gave her a salt bath and massaged her crop. i then moved her inside for some warmth. the next morning she was fine! but it is more severe this time.
