I bought 6 turkey poults from a lady off Craigslist because it was a good deal and turkeys are hard to find her (stupid stupid stupid) and on the way home I noticed that one of the poults is very lethargic. He doesn't peep or even get up unless forced and since I've gotten him home he won't eat or drink or even move very much even if the others are standing right on top of him. His poo is yellow and white and very runny and none of the 6 have feathers that look very nice.
Any idea what he has and if it's possible to save him? Local vet doesn't treat chickens or ducks and the nearest place with any type of medicine for poultry is an hour away and closed. All I have here is Pedialyte and some grogel + b that came with my shipment of baby chicks
The turkeys weren't picking up on eating and drinking very well so I put a white legwork chick in to show them how it's done

I do have penicillin in the fridge, but it's horse dosage. Is there any chance that will help?

Can you get some Corid powder or liquid from your feed store, and start treatment to all for possible coccidiosis? Dosage is 1 1/2 tsp of powder or 2 tsp of liquid in each gallon of water for 7 days. Is your penicillin procaine penicillin G? If so, you can give it 1/4 ml as an injection into the muscle once daily for 4-5 days, in case it is another type of infection. I would do both if possible, and put a little plain yogurt in some feed and water daily for probiotics during and after.
