Lethargic, weight loss

There is not way for me to know for sure but by looking at the picture of her and from what you described coccidiosis would be my first guess.
If she is not eating then her poops are going to be off.

Will she not eat anything?
How much Corid are you using?

Just curious, what where your other chicks vaccinated for?
For Mareks?

KikisGirls: All of the hens are vaccinated for Mareks and Coccidiosis. The pullets we hatched out were not vaccinated. WE were giving 1.5tsp of Corid to 1 gallon of water to the sick hen, but we had to syringe feed her.

Update: The chicken in question died. My wife and I decided to pull the remaining 2 pullets and quarantine them, and put them on a 5 day Corid regiment for good measure.

I am sorry for your loss.
I thinking giving the others a round of Corid is a great idea.

So I've got a question on that. The chickens that I've hatched, There is only two left, are they the only ones that I should give a dose of corid to? Or should I give cord to the whole flock?

Who is acting sickly?
The whole flock or just the two that you hatched?

I would say only the two that you hatched.

To be honest, none of them. But the hen that died was hatched with the other two that are still alive that are not vaccinated. So I figured I'd just vaccinate those two weather round of corid. I would hate to have to give that stuff to the whole flock if they don't need it.

If the others are fine, not showing the same signs as the one you lost, don't give it to them.
Just keep and eye on them.
