Update...Pearl is home today. My vet wanted me to keep her inside (my house, not hers) to make sure she didn’t pass more shell less eggs.
she is certainly more energetic and is eating some. She is DEFINITELY not happy about being away from her flock.
we’re expected to have more snow tomorrow (arrrgh). But I’m going to reintroduce her to the flock. I think they’ll be happy to see her.
one big decision to make for me was to improve the quality of their general feed. And for some reason around here, none of the good brands are available. I ordered both Purina Duck and Mazuri waterfowl. Hope that will make a difference in their overall health.
