We bought 5 laying hens from a local farmer. 2 days later decided to get one more. On introduction she was getting picked on more than I’ve experienced. 2 days later I noticed mucous nose, lethargy, and some “knotted” dirty feathers. Like she needs a bath. I don’t want to give her a bath as I don’t want to stress her out. She’s quarantined with food and water with apple cider vinegar and oil of oregano. Anything else I can do?? I’ve never bought medicine before. Thanks in advance.
