Lethargy...illness or weather related?

I have a light that comes on at 4am in the coop, so I went down to check the status and noticed the hen seemed more active. Hard to tell how active as they are confined within the coop. I will have a better update once the sunrises and the door opens for the run. Her tail was laying normal like the rest of her breed, up slightly, but not straight up like our leghorns. One odd thing I did notice though is looking through the area where that hen was sleeping last night, I noticed a broken soft shelled egg. Also, the feces around that area appeared to have a slimy, light brownish, jelly like substance on it. Both the soft shelled egg and the feces are pictured below. The hen drank lots of water while I was looking inside the coop as well. I will try to get photos of her if she’s acting strange again this morning and bring her in when sun rises.

Upon further review as they’ve now are opened to the run, all hens of this breed appear to be acting normal. Of course, showing signs of being cold, tucking head/raising feet to their bodies, but otherwise actively foraging. Frankly, its hard to determine which one was lethargic yesterday. Nevertheless, I will keep a close eye.
