Kathy, ceviche, yay or nay?

I like Leche de Tigre it’s very good it’s basically ceviche. My dads side is Peruvian so it’s quite a frequent dish to me followed by ceviche, ceviche is too fishy but Leche de Tigre is very sour and has no fish flavor.

Ceviche is amazing.

SWMBO makes a dish with shrimp, cilantro,green onion, jalepeno, red pepper flakes,and lemon juice..... I’ll eat it until it’s gone.

Could you describe it? This year might be the first time I try it! I would try it with alcohol although I’m a minor so I don’t think that’s gonna happen!
