Fresh halibut is fantastic.

Swordfish. As well.
Recently discovered a salmon with a maple/cinnamon marinade that was really good.
Shrimp poppers in a 1/2 jalapeno wrapped with bacon.

Are you old enough to remember when pineapple was so acidic that eating very much raw pineapple would cause mouth sores?

The new varieties of pineapple are so much sweeter and much less acidic.

I thought it still did that, but you know I’m so old I still classify rabbits as rodents.
