Just be sure to keep your chimney clean. (No build up, or you are in trouble)
Mine was clean AF this year. Dad was impressed.Secret to no flue fires is building a good hot fire every week or two. This keeps creosote from building up terribly bad.
I sweep each fall. Never have had more than 1/4ā buildup on the top half of the chimney.
