Let's Get Strippin' "Fabric Strip Swap" CLOSED

In my original post this is what I put...... Strips due to me: Nov. 12th, 2011.....Strips will be swapped and mailed out asap after all are received. There will be no waiting time for stragglers on these strips beings it is running so close with Thanksgiving and CHRISTmas.

I have been remined of this by a couple participators...so now unfortunately I am going to have to let the ones know that are behind that I am going to have to have them contact each member of this swap and ask for their address so that they can ship out each block individually. This will cost no more than if you sent to me. I am sorry that I have to do this but I must. I need these out of my way so that I can get to making gifts for CHRISTmas.

So Cadeau.....please pm each to retain their address and please send the 3 strips to each of them or you can either just hold onto what you have....your choice. Please let me know what you will be doing.

I am so glad you got my strips!

I would have had them mailed sooner, but Joanne's took almost two weeks to get my package to me! It was off lost in la la land.

Since the deadline was the 12th and Acre said she would only wait 5 days....I barely made it

Talk about last minute!!!!

Now, let's discuss sites to find patterns using jelly rolls.......

I made this one in 2009/2010 when I was supposedly having a girl. I actually made several girly quilts including another one made from a jelly roll. Can you tell I was so excited to finally have a daughter?

I LOVE the braid. Maybe I will do it too! It works up really fast and makes a great border for a quilt as well. And the size of the braid can be adjusted both width-wise and length-wise.

I think if I do the braids that I will have them running in oppisite direction. Hmmm. Tomuch to think about and plus...its 20 min. past my bedtime. Night all!!!

All strips went to the post office today. Actually made a few people upset cause I had so many packages but oh well, they should have gottent here before me. hehe
