Here are some more pictures. He has very similar coloring to the triplets we had born from the same buck, but he is definitely a lighter shade. He's got a cute star on his forehead. Can anyone tell me if he is elf-eared? His ears look a little too long to be gopher ears, but I hope I am wrong.

Those ears do look like elf ears. But you won't know for sure when they are on the fence like that until they are full grown and you measure them. Mini-Manchas are a work in progress anyway.
