LOL ummm I can't compete with yours! I'm going to try and find some complimentary fabric and make a little lap quilt so I can practice more before I try and help the students.

This is a big thanks to everyone who has supported the students and the projects we are doing. I can't thank you enough, I really can't, you care about these kids, they aren't yours, but you've treated them like they are and they are so appreciative.

LOL the first sewing lesson was really interesting,,, the boys picked it up a lot quicker than the girls. It was hand sewing, so we'll see what happens when they graduate to the machine!

I spoke with my daughter today in NC and she said she'[d just finished ten blocks for you and would be getting them out in the mail. I don't know what she's calling herself but you might get a PM from her. Her e-mail starts with paulsmuffen and she's from Jacksonville, NC. She got hooked from me telling her about the site. She drives bus for the dod school system.
