What a wonderful response! I'll have kids sewing these together after they get done with their with NMSBA testing. They can't do anything other than read a book or put their heads down. They can't have out other work. I got permission for crochet and hand sewing before we went on break. I'll start sewing some together before then by machine and by hand so I can see how it goes and how long it takes. This is just wonderful!!!

Hey kate.....Mine went in the mail today. They are in just in a simple envelope so don't look for any fancy mailing package

I sure hope this leaves a legacy for at least one of those kids.....just to think back at how people they may never meet tried helping them.....what a feeling!!

Are they supposed to be 3 1/2 cut out or 3 3/4 with the 1/4 seam allowance?

is anyone zigzagging the edge so it doesn't fray? And yes, I am about to cut mine after they come out of the dryer... so I want to make doubly sure that we are CUTTING at 3.5 inches.

Ok, cut at 3 1/2 then when I sew them together they will be 3 inches?
