I recently got a hen but have no clue what breed she is. She likes to spend all her time in the nest box or in a small sheltered space according to the person I got her from but they only had her a short time.. this is only pic i have atm..

also is there any idea on how old she may be?

She looks like a Ameraucana. If she is wanting to stay in the nesting box----she might be broody? Age is hard to say.

looks like an Easter Egger. Guessing by her feet, Id say she is between 1-2 years old perhaps.
