I just found this while looking for names.
I bet this would be good for some quailies too!

I could see naming one Yakitori. Especially since, while it's usually made with chicken parts, the name literally means "fried bird".

Oh, when I say chicken parts, I mean just about any chicken part. I went to a yakitori shop in Japan that had cartiledge, gizzard, hearts, etc., on the menu.
