When i went to the feed store in search of little bantams all they had were 7 left and didnt know what kinds so I got them all. Can you help me name their breed? They said they are not mix breeds, that cackle hatchery just sent them a mix.

First is the biggest, I have two of these and they are all brown with what looks like eyeliner, The biggest (which I think is a cockerel) does not have furry feet and the littlest one does, Second is my most unique looking, This baby is black on the back half white on the front half with a brown head, she also has furry feet. Third is my most abundant. I have three of these babies and they all have furry feet they are all black with a little white on their necks. last but not least is my sweetest baby. She is mostly white with brown and she also has furry feet. Any ideas?? I would love to know. I think the browns are some kind of Pheonix but I am not sure. I am new to chickens.

I've been a chicken owner for 23 days and have gone through diseases already!!!!

I lost one of my Pheonix to disease within the first couple days. You are not alone. I am sorry for your losses tho.

I actually have no clue. He is the only chicken I have ever lost. He was just falling over and flopping around (which I thought he was dusting himself) and then the next morning he was dead. None of the others ever got sick or anything so I dont know.

It was devastating. I mean I have had alot happen to my flock so far. A neighbors dog attacked my Pekin, He lived. The Male pekins broke my female pekins leg, She lived. Someone left the cage door open and a dog killed 8 of my chickens. But out of all of this loosing this little one was the worse. Do you know the other breeds in the pictures?
