Have you ever been to a sunrise service?

Yes, I've been twice. I missed it this year, sadly.

Yes. This will shock you, but I've LED a sunrise service. My church youth group ran the Easter Sunrise service (Pastors still gave the sermon and did all the preaching, but the kids led the readings, called the hymns, led communion, served as ushers, etc...).

Then we did a breakfast fundraiser right after that helped sponsor summer church camps for the kids who participated.

I don't think the UMC does stuff like that anymore, but I really don't know. I haven't set foot in a church on a regular basis since I was 19.

Not a sunrise service, no. My church doesn't offer them. We did have a Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve that we would go to every year but they changed the time to 10:00 pm now
