Hello and welcome to a new round of everyone's favorite gameshow, WHAT THE HECK IS THIS CHICKEN!

*cheesy theme song and swirling lights*

Our contestant today is a six-week-old EE named Silver. He/She was sold in a feed store as a pullet, but that growing comb is giving me doubts. However, he/she was very quick to feather, and has absolutely no red on him/her, which is a telltale sign of rooster-ness. It wouldn't matter much if he/she was a rooster... I can live with one more. Without further ado, here are the pictures!

Actually,signs of redness mean rooster usually.But it is hard to tell on him/her.I'm thinking rooster.....

I'm not sure. The coloring looks feminine, but the comb is rather wide and the legs are rather thick. I'd lean towards cockerel. Be on the look out for any red patches to develop on the wings. If you see red on the wings, you probably have a male.

I'm leaning towards pullet, but I'm not 100% sure.
