Oh I love all these roos! Kelly, I have eggs that Gump fathered, right? I hope so, I love his coloring!

My 4 month old "pullet". I am not allowed a roo here, unfortunately. Today, at the farmers market, I met a mennonite family who is just setting up some coops. They ordered 100 pullets and they want him! They promised no stewpots for now. I hope he has a good roo life with them. I will be taking him to them next Sat at the market. SIGH!

His feathers are just growing back from his molt. Here is one as a three month old showing his muffs

I find it interesting how many of these guys are splashy looking.
