I hear ya! I ordered mine a bit over 8 weeks before I got them. it was a horribly long wait I couldn't imagine it being longer than that! Mine should have been in Thurs but didn't come in till Sat (to the feed store) so I didn't get them until Sat. Wed-Sat was horrible.

These are my little beans! Didn’t have plans to get more chickens this spring, but Phoebe (hopefully she’s a young pullet because I have plenty of roos already ) was found by some people who couldn’t keep her (their story is that mama hen and her siblings were hit by a car). My sister believes someone went and got her as an Easter gift and changed their minds. In any case, she’s either a mutt or possibly a Cuckoo Marans (based on her color pattern and white legs). But I couldn’t just keep her by herself, so I went and got Charlotte, a black sex link, to be her little sister.
