Exciting news for Ranger's Apprentice fans! The last book of the Ranger series, "Royal Ranger", will be available in the U.S. in early November! (I think it's the 5th, but I'm not entirely sure)

Anybody read Mary Higgins Clark's stuff?

I haven't. What are they about? I read Les Mis this summer. It was long... but good. There were some definite dry, difficult parts (Such as the chapter describing the sewers of Paris), but I'm glad I read it. Right now I'm reading Sir Knight of the Splendid Way by... somebody, I can't remember who. It's a Christian allegory published by Lamplighter (has anyone heard of Lamplighter Publishing?), and I'm really enjoying it.

M.H. Clark writes murder mysteries, and some of them are actually pretty scary. Where are the Children? Is one of my favorite M.H.C. books.
