We really do need to start looking for someone in this area with good quality mini nubians.

A 2 day drive would be a bit much for me...
I had an older woman try to give me her Nubian doe, she just didnt want her any longer. Unfortunately the timing was poor when she called, and I had a child in the hospital.
Looking back, I wouldn't mind trying a mini Nubian. Is breeding a Nubian doe to a nd buck challenging? I know that my boys would certainly try, but the size difference would seem to be a challenge.

We have a mini nubian, great goat. Many people dont need the amount of milk a nubian gives so why feed such a big goat and the minis eat less and give enough milk usually for a family.
