I started out accidently with ducks.
I rescued a black duck and called her daisy. She had a few babies as I had to get some more ducks to keep her company and then along came a drake etc etc.
Here are some of my birds. Some I still have and others are gone in one way or another. e.g. sold, given away, foxes or neighbours dogs.

This Patch. She was always going broody and mothered many a duckling. Her last hatch was 14. She has since gone by the way of a fox.

These babies were 5 girls and 1 boy. Because they wouldn't come in from the dam a fox got the boy. I later sold the girls.
