they are both very nice and large chooks too,

from the photos I prefer the single barred ( maybe just the way he is posing ) nice large correct body type . great long back and tail .
i like his deep chest . well balanced .
I can t say much about the double bared .no much i can see .

make sense  your white pullet is pure white ,she come from a cuckoo chooks . the barring gene help the produce a pure white . nice white feet too .

my friend he is all class . great type .
he did a lot growing great mass . I m impressed .
he is so happy about him self . I like the way he carry him self and walk with confidence .

The comb needs work though.

I also have a pair of blue copper and copper splashes from Bev Davis lines. Depending on how the eggs are, I was retaining them to give me all blue barred chicks when crossed into my gcm line. OR blue barred sex link males.

my friend you done he most important work ,now you need to tune it that all , comb ,no green sheen , no white feathers etc............................

lovely looking chooks .great type and well colored .
the cockerel is chunky ,the way they should be .

if you use your F0 or the F2 double barred over the splash pullet you ll get 10% Blue barred cuckoos .

why not name your flock my friend ,they are true breeders and they have proven then selves so I thinks they deserve to be named .

he do have some extra gene preventing the barring on the chest . or he simply have a load of extra copper .

I do like his shoulders .well colored .rich red/orange color .

this is on of the reason I like to mate the F1 between them selves to see what hidden genes they carry .
