So I'm definitely getting them, I'm debating if I want to add some pekins to the order too just in case I don't end up with enough muscovy girls. Every duck breed where I'm getting them is st run so I can't just choose females and males.

I also am debating getting some runners too (for a different pen, not the muscovy pen).

Just debating how many muscovy to order to almost guarantee 2 males and 2 or 3 females in st run and if I should bother with the pekins or not. I really liked my female I had a few years ago, but I can't pick just female pekins so I'd be getting males too most likely

Statistically ordering six of something guarantees a pair. I wouldn't mix other breeds/species of ducks with Muscovy. But I don't like mutts/mules. Muscovy are in my opinion cleaner than the other types of ducks. They don't spend as much time in the water. they are more like geese in that regard.
