X3!!! I don't think my D'art is drab at all--- already I can see the promise of the rich color in his neck! I can't wait to see him get his full grown train!

I agree very much with others. I was never impressed with bronzes from pictures, not even the expensive, glossy color pictures from someone who had the original bronze. Did not even try to get one for many years.

Then someone was selling out their peafowl with low prices, so I got some birds, including bronzes. Was not excited about the bronzes, just wanted to see what they look like in person.

Now they are one of my favorite colors. I agree, wait until he is fully colored...

I talk to Sid last night he been real busy at a show in Dallas get up at 4 and get home around 8 or 9 at night. I think you will like the bronze when he get older if not I sure Sid will trade with you.

Had the pleasure of seeing some bronze in person when I purchased my midnight quad. I was very tempted to go back and pick up the bronze trio-- if only I had the extra pen. We have an extra pen now and I am thinking about getting my hands on some bronze. They truely are very nice in person!

Ugh, such enablers.lol. I think you guess talked me into it. I will give him a year or two. I really like his personality, he is much more like my bantams than the peacocks. I raised him by himself when bantams to see if I could make him more of a pet, and it seems to have worked as much as one would assume you can tame a peacock. Now he is with my male Silver Pied. I really want a female silver pied or another spalding female.

I figured Sid had something going on. I know he is always on the move with something. I really like him and his wife. They have such a beautiful house/land. I will email him in a week or so, so as not to bother him while he has to much on his plate. He could always just drop the birds off at my house since I live in the city right before Dallas.lol. I am in the heart of Superbowl action. Grand Prairie is right between Arlington (where the game is) and Dallas (where everyone will be getting drunk at)
