OH HAVEN'T WE ALL....LOL

If I could just invent a way to lock the dang thing, then I wouldn't open it!!!

Really! Me too. I have to be good this time. My first 2 hatches had one egg each that didn't hatch, and this one only has one that is supposed to. Need to be good to break my track record! (old=1 egg no hatch...new=100% hatch lol

The analog thermometers that come with the LG are attached to a piece
of cardboard with the temp numbers on it. So, if you have another thermometer
you know is correct you can adjust to LG thermometer to match it. Some
of the round style thermometers can just have their dials turned.

Now what I need to find out is how to reset an anolog thermometer. I have
2 that are off by 5 degrees and the writing is on the glass.

The analog thermometers are very easy to calibrate as well.

How in the world do you calibrate an analog thermometer???

Thanks!
Kathy

I used to work at a restaurant that used the round dial type thermometers. You take a cup full of ice, and add cold water to it. Stir it around for about 30 seconds and stand the thermometer in it. It should read 32 degrees. If not, there is a nut on the underside of the dial that can be turned to adjust the setting of the needle.

You have the exact same thermometer that I have do you feel it monitors humidity accurately? Mine never changes from 48-49 ever. Doesn't matter if the tray seems dry or full.
