I didn't mention what I got for my birthday from my dad. He got a Ariat shirt! I'll get a photo of it later when I'm done with Uber Eats.

Ugh I'm tired. Might see about talking to my Dr the next time I see him about my medication. I'm definitely less anxious, but lately I've just been pretty 'down' even though typically that starts going away this time of year
