Ugh I'm tired. Might see about talking to my Dr the next time I see him about my medication. I'm definitely less anxious, but lately I've just been pretty 'down' even though typically that starts going away this time of year

It makes me so happy! Especially when I look back at the beginning of this thread, and people were making a big deal about it
