tarragon update: kept it alive the four days before giving it to my partner! it has now been planted in xir garden, and I learned how to identify some of the herbs xe's growing!

I thought something took off with the rooster with how he sounded but he was simply in one of the neighbor's backyard. Thankfully she was very understanding and allowed us to go get him. He's missing a couple tail feathers but other than that, he's fine. Just very dramatic

I went in to get the flock's food but it won't be in until tomorrow morning and I ended up getting 2 ducklings. I do have food to give the flock and the ducklings, it's just low in the container.

It's currently 75 F outside so the ducklings get to enjoy the sunshine. We're supposed to keep these warm temps for a few more days so the ducklings will be going out as much as possible but I'll be making sure they don't get cold.

Not sure. It said 'Metzer Special Assortment'
They were 10% off and I got both males to help give them a home as there were only 2 females in with them and I knew how long they'd sit in there.
Wilco is getting more sexed ducklings in a few days so I'll be getting some females to add in. These guys are still small enough to not make much of a difference when I add the new ones in.
