Hello and welcome to the thread!Every time I walk in to the store, I automatically check out the chicks. So far, I've held strong, but heaven help me if they get some interesting breeds in.
I have a REALLY hard time when I go into TSC. The only thing that keeps me from buying chicks is the horrible rep TSC has for mislabling breeds/sexesHello and welcome to the thread!
I just can't go into places like TSC anymore, chicks just leap into my cart whether I want them to or not.![]()
I'm currently waiting on a couple of my youngling to crow or not. It's a toss-up to whether my half silkie is male, but I am highly suspect one of my easter eggers is.Tiny scared me and himself by crowing. Ever since I got him months ago, he only crowed once and then was silent until today.
I was trying to clear out one of the nesting boxes as one of the ducks managed to get into it and left so much poop. Tiny was standing at a distance watching me before he let out a crow that startled us both
Now he's just silent and keeping to himself
.
I'm just hoping that if he does try to crow again later on, he and Chicken Nugget don't get into a crowing match.
Chicken Nugget is still too young but I know he'll start crowing at some point so it's just a waiting game.
I'm excited for when Chicken Nugget starts crowing because then I can hear how he sounds compared to Tiny.I'm currently waiting on a couple of my youngling to crow or not. It's a toss-up to whether my half silkie is male, but I am highly suspect one of my easter eggers is.
Are these your anthropods?
I love isopods! Are they a Porcellio species?
