There’s people at my night job that I wish were fired already

Yo she keeps standing over my shoulder making sure I'm doing stuff right.... but she's downright LAZY and screws everything up. Girl cant even flip patties on the grill right. You should see her smash burgers, its pathetic. I've worked grill twice and i'm WAYY better than her. I about turned around and told her to go away because I know how to do my job and she needs to learn how to do hers.
