LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

Good morning thread.

Wow, no wonder you’re so good at selling.
We are a big game family, 4 kids, and with the pandemic we’ve been playing anything and everything. I think our kids will be very into this too. There are a bunch of these right? Now can you please help HIM with Valentine’s Day ideas..... :highfive:

There's several "legacy" style games which are more choose your own adventure long term stories (they're a newer phenomenon).
There's literally hundreds of great modern games so you never have to play monopoly again if you love your family though. XD For families of 6, I'd suggest looking at Codenames and Dixit. They're very all ages and fun. Evolution is an amazing game that teaches evolution and goes up to 6. Also Sheriff of Nottingham second edition is a bluffing game that goes up to 6. First ed is only up to 5. It's one of my favorites. These are all Way Easier than legacy games which tend to be geared for preteen to adults but they're also suuuuper fun.

As for your husband... XD Teach him to temper chocolate. Then you can get nut clusters and chocolate covered strawberries on Valentine’s for low effort. Yum!

Haha. Great idea, I’ll pass that along.
Im a chef, or former chef, so I’m better at those kinds of things than he is. I’m sure he’ll come up with something.
Valentines overrated anyway!!!! (Says the wife of someone not that into it) :idunno

I know the feeling. I always like make chocolates and cakes and brownies and caramels and cards and buy flowers and everything for my partners and they're just like "what's a valentines?". Especially when it comes to at-home activities. Going out on dates is better.

We'll see what happens this year. My expectations aren't too high and I'm not going overboard myself. I have some small gifts (jewelry, actually. I have an amethyst necklace and a paracord bracelet with a xenomorph on it) and I'm thinking some hand-drawn cards. Maybe I'll bake some brownies in a heart shape - that's pretty easy and lets me keep up my standards. XD

went to check on said jewelry orders - one said it wasn't shipped? So I contacted the seller - they shipped it on time but USPS isn't recognizing the package in their system. So they're sending me another one, but who knows if it will get here in time.

I really hope getting USPS back in order happens soon because it's a bigger mess than usual right now and I hate it. Plus, I have two dozen hatching eggs I wanna get...!
