It gives me something to grab when I stim, plus now my hair matches a lot of my characters minus the color

Oh my gosh, waking up and being able to lift my head without accidentally pinning my hair was so nice. Just one small braid to keep track of instead of a whole mess of hair.

Isn't it nice? I wore waist length hair all my life or close to waist, it got caught in doors, in branches outside, in my rings and jewelry, washing it was a huge ordeal. I recently lobbed it all off. I felt freakishly weird for a while, but it feels SO good not having 2 lbs of hair all over the place.

It was driving me bonkers, no matter how often I brushed it, it was tangled horrible in less than 2 hours and I shed everywhere. I was constantly finding long yellow strands in my clothes, my car, the couch, everywhere.

Yep, hair everywhere, even the dog was gagging on my hair. Drove me nuts too! I still find hair but at least it's short.

I've been thinking of just shaving all my hair off, lol! Although of course this makes no sense just as winter starts.

I'm full of contradictions.
