Last time I took an ibuprofen (yesterday) I was starting to shake. So I think I should not do that.
I do have a heating pad, but not an outlet to plug it into.

Oh it was hilarious when I springboarded awake 10 minutes after I was supposed to be up. I'm caught up mostly now though so s'all good

You could try Tylenol too probably, we don't have that or asprin here though so I don't know if it would work
