lice eggs, what's the best way to treat? Not seen any lice just eggs

hi i posted earlier about a big bald spot on my hen and now i have just taken a pic of what i think are eggs? What sort though i don't know.

Pekin bantam about 18 months old
Bird seems happy anough in herself, skin is slightly pink where her feathers are gone but not enough that it looks painful.
I noticed she had a poey bum and went out to wash her, whilst doing this i found a large section of her underside is completley bald also what i fist thought was mud i'm now sure are eggs.
seems to be eating and drinking fine
not really seem her poop but she had poo in her feathers
so far i have washed her bum and cut of a couple of feathers that seemed like it would cause her distress to try and clean
not found any lice on her or the other 3 birds, can't see any eggs on the other birds either
She is housed in a nice size house for 12 birds we have 4 init, we use shavings and not straw. House was clean out thoughly last week completley stripped down and sprayed with poultry sheild found no evidence of lice.

How ever this is my first session with hens so i'm a novice. We had some lice when we first had the birds i believe they had them when they arrived. the house was made by us for the birds so was completley new for them and has not had any other birds in, so the house hasn't come infected.

Any help or advice would be great thanks

Yes, those are lice eggs. If there are not alot of feathers like that, I would pluck them. (I'm sure some will disagree, but that is what I would do). I dont think sevin garden dust kills the eggs. I used a dog flea and tick shampoo once that says it killed eggs. I didnt have a problem after that.

will plucking them hurt her? How many is it ok to pluck?

Plucking doesnt hurt them. Just grab by the base of the feather and give a quick yank. I had to pull well over 50 once on a bird someone gave me, it was a bad case. After I pulled them, I bathed the bird and he looked like he felt like a million bucks. Good luck.

I've always used ivermectin on my Pekins to get rid of parasites. It works wonders for internal and external parasites. The only thing it doesn't treat is tapeworms.
As far as I'm aware it isn't licenced for poultry (in the UK at least) but then again, not much is since the standard advice is to cull on financial grounds anything which threatens the flock. It can be purchased marketed for pigeon keepers. Three drops on the skin on the back of the neck for pekins each season will keep them parasite free.

This site gives photos of mites and some information. If you have mite or lice eggs, you have adults laying the eggs. Pulling feathers does not kill the adults and the adults can live and lay eggs for months. The adult mites can live on the chicken or off the chicken. If you have an infection of mites, you need to treat each chicken in the flock and the coop now and again in 10 to 14 days. There are various products available. I use Sevin but others work also.

thank you to all. Looks like lice rather than mites i feel.

i have had lice before and at that time i could see the lice on the bird, i got frontline from the vet very expensive but seemed to do the job.
i will have a lok for ivermectin in uk, i figure anything the vet gives me will cost a fortune.
Is it the lice that have caused her feather lose? I notice my other pekin has lost feathers but she has been incubating eggs for the best part of the month.
the hen that has the lice eggs has not been broody, what could cause her to loose so many feathers? I checked her late last night to see if she was perched and not sat at the bottom of the house and she was just where she should be.
