Lice Infestation

Hi,
I have had a big lice problem with my chickens and was wondering what the best treatment is? Being in the UK, Elector PSP (which was recommended by a thread on here) isn’t available or is stupidly expensive. I have seen people recommend Ivermectin or Permethrin? I have tried using Diatomaceous Earth on both the coop and chickens but it has not worked. Can anyone help as I have had to cull 2 chickens after they became lame and stopped being able to eat or drink.

It's getting difficult to buy anything that is effective in the UK.
