Our two roosters had lice, which I think we've gotten rid of now. The smaller one really had them bad and his quills are still yellow and don't want to come off the growing feathers. Has anyone seen this before? He's a white silkie, so you can really tell where the bugs were hanging out on his neck feathers. His feathers are growing a lot now, but his neck feathers still have the quill covering. The quills don't want to break off like they're supposed to. Hmmm, what to do?
