Lice still?!?!

Aflac has been treated with antibiotics he has been sifted four different times with powder,I don’t see lice on top I combed through his skin gently and found tiny brown particles not moving at all Aflac is three years old almost and he also has a hole in his trachea his breathing sounds like it’s not clear but mainly right ninow I need to get rid of this crap on Aflac I don’t need his respiratory

system any worse please please His poop is not right I stopped antibiotics and continued electrolytes.It doesn’t seem like anything he’s eating is staying in him He’s pooping immediately and way way more often then before and he has blood in his stool

Your best bet would be to find a vet. Sounds like your duck has more problems than what can be helped through internet advice.
